Have you ever worked with or had to deal with a pathological liar? I have. And I just came upon his Facebook page and thought how incredible it is that he still has people around him who put up with his sickness.
I'll share one story of many. He called me into his office and made up a completely bogus story for me to chase down and talk about on my program. Again, the story didn't exist. But he used the pretext to meet me and make poisonous statements about someone else we both work with. And soon thereafter, the person the liar lied about approached me and said he'd heard I'd been saying said poisonous things about him.
Of course, the purposeful, pathological liar did it to poison my reputation, using his own awful thoughts to project onto me.
It took years to convince the wronged individual that I'd said nothing of the kind; that it wasn't me. But by that time he'd figured it out. In the interim, other people who got in touch came forward and told me their stories about this liar.
People shouldn't treat others this way. Life's way too short.
So, my spidey senses thought something was going on today with the internet dysfunction today. If you saw my live video earlier today (which I've since deleted for a variety of reasons) you know what I'm talking about.
